Billbergia is a wholly Australian-owned Property Group with major investment, development and construction activities focussed along the eastern coast. Billbergia has a significant investment portfolio across a diversity of key land holdings, many of which are under development, paving the way for in excess of 10,000 apartments, 40,000m2 of retail space and 76,000m2 of industrial and commercial space.
Integral with Billbergia’s motto of “Creating Communities”, many of its property holdings and developments incorporate substantial community and public infrastructure works. These include aspects such as leisure centres, community centres and libraries and extend further to substantial items of public infrastructure such as the Bennelong Bridge across Homebush Bay connecting Rhodes and Wentworth Point, a project for which Billbergia assumed all delivery and funding risk.

The partnership seeks to enhance the human experience of architecture, through the careful consideration of light, thermal comfort, the shaping of spaces, and enjoyment of the outside connection.
